Nothing says fall in the North East like crisp orchard fruits in your glass. The classic pairing of apple and rye gets a splash of pomegranate in this ripe seasonal sipper, perfect for toasting autumn.
1½ oz Canadian rye whisky3 oz apple cider2 oz pomegranate juiceThinly sliced apple, for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add whisky, cider and pomegranate juice. Stir to mix. Fan apple slices and use to garnish cocktail.
